What data we collect

Only the data you type into the site's forms: name, email, phone, town, message, chosen pieces, and the day and time requested for a meeting.

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The pieces you add to your request are stored only in your browser until you remove them.

What we use it for

To reply to your order, quote or meeting request, and to support you through the project you ask for. We do not sell or pass on your data for commercial purposes.

How it reaches us

Requests are sent through your own email app or WhatsApp, which the site opens already filled in. When you send them, that service's privacy rules also apply.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to reply to them and to meet our legal obligations, for example for invoicing.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to tracoelementar@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, the Portuguese data protection authority), www.cnpd.pt.
