The site's catalogue is for choosing pieces and sending a request. Sending a request creates no obligation to buy or to sell.
Price and lead time confirmed in writing
Once we receive your request, Traço Elementar replies with the price, delivery time, payment terms and available options. The order is only placed when both parties confirm it in writing.
Payment
No payment is made on the site. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in the proposal sent by the studio.
Made-to-measure pieces and supplier orders
Many pieces are made to order or to measure, with the fabric and dimensions you choose. The terms for changing or cancelling these pieces are set out in the proposal, before you confirm.
Delivery
Delivery and assembly terms in Madeira and for other destinations are set out in the proposal. Supplier lead times and sea freight times to the island may vary.
Your rights
All consumer rights under Portuguese law remain in place. In the event of a dispute, you can use the Livro de Reclamações (official complaints book) and the alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies.
